A pattern I designed deconstructing the color palette of 'Gefilte Fish,' a traditional dish often recognised for its perceived monochromatic and gray appearance. Drawing inspiration from my grandmother's cross-stitch canvases, where weavers intricately build up blocks of color, the graphic interpretation aims to uncover the hidden warmth within Eastern European Jewish cuisine.
